We can schedule regular site visits to suit your requirements for preventative maintenance to help ensure your business is kept running smoothly. This includes providing a full range of electrical services for our commercial clients, including:

IQP Services for Building WoF – Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Autodoors, Generators
Glenn Roberts Electrical have IQP Inspectors qualified to test a range of Specified Systems. Should you decide to use us for your BWoF IQP testing, we will setup a recurring job in our system to carry out all required Inspections, at the frequency required in line with your Building Compliance Schedule. Once the tests are completed, all relevant forms will be submitted to you and/or your Building Consultant. Should any remedial work be identified, a quote will be provided to you to carry out required works.

Testing and Tagging of Equipment and Appliances
As per the NZ Standards recommendations. We offer a comprehensive test and tag service whereby one of our competent staff will carry out a full audit of your electrical equipment. We then test and tag each appliance/lead to ensure it is electrically safe using purpose designed pre-calibrated testers. The required details are recorded in our database and a report provided to you upon completion of the job. We then schedule to contact you annually (or whatever the required follow-up date is for your equipment) to carry out further test and tagging. If any faults are found with any of your items, our staff are able to conduct immediate repairs or advise as necessary.
Lighting Checks of buildings, offices, showrooms etc.
From carrying out monthly checks on lamps out to lighting level checks and energy efficiency of existing fittings. These checks can provide information on required lighting levels for different areas within your industry. We can provide solutions on how best to meet the sufficient lighting levels required.
